The basic idea of human rights is that each one of us, no matter who we are or where we are born, is entitled to the same basic rights and freedoms. That may sound straightforward enough, but it gets incredibly complicated as soon as anyone tries to put the idea into practice. What exactly are the basic human rights? Who gets to pick them? Who enforces themand how? Benedetta Berti explores the subtleties of human rights. Lesson by Benedetta Berti

Modern applied Human rights standards are only to be fulfilled if the cultures of countries value Reason, individual rights and Equality over Emotion, group rights and hierarchy.
Chinese and Russian cultures score very badly on all these 3 aspects unlike the US or nordic cultures. But for example Japan is moderate on individual rights and equality but very high on reason. South europe like France is high in individual rights but moderate to low on reason and equality compared to North Europe and America.
An ideal culture in the current view to fit into the universal standards of human rights in the UN would have German structural reason, American indivualism and Nordic equality. In contrary to Indian emotion and flexibility, Chinese interdependence and Russian hierarchy.
So countries like India China are Russia will hardly come to agree and follow with the human rights standards if they can't change these cultural values even if their goverment will collapse in the long run.
My Conclusion however, is that Modern Human rights ARE universal, but ARE ALSO relative and NOT absolute.
Cultures matters the degree of these human right needs. But in every culture there is bit of the opposite. So that's why these rights ARE universal.

Philippines is worst Country even their own fellow Filipino and kind they're insulting just because of giving opinion about what they believe and they know what is right. Miss Universe Pia Wurtzback and Catriona Gray insulted by this Blogger BANATBY he don't even give respect to these women who gave pride to the Philippines. Beauty Queen gave their opinion about Anti-terror bill. This bill is worst and lots of young Filipino will lose their rights and freedom if the president approved it. Because it's like giving all the power to the authority this bill or law can jailed and arrested young ones if they were suspected as a Communist or a terrorist without warrant of arrest and you'll stay there for 14days or more either you're innocent or not and if this bill will be approved the voice of the people will no longer have Power. There will be no rally or right of the people to say what they see wrong about the government. They can arrest anyone they want. They will remove the punishment for the police who accused someone without evidence or proven their wrong. They'll change everything you'll be jailed and wait there if you're proven guilty that's a reverse of old law that you'll be jailed if you're proven guilty.

Human rights are universal but not absolute rights for human well being. They are relative. And people will move with the situation in order to understand fulfillment of human rights for the world. It sounds stubborn but Why activists should stop critisizing? All will need to change in some way for this question in the future whether its China USA russia or India etc.

Can someone please get the FBI involved, I am so close to getting kicked out and gangsters who are posing as crisis actors are to instigate my murder, because someone in the banking cartel uses my identity for human trafficking and money laundering, after stealing my identity in 2007

Rights belong to the elite only. If one can not buy their human rights they simply have none. The idea of universal human rights is as realistic as the Santa we all (in western society) once believed was real. Its all a fairy tale.

Human rights are delusions. It all depends on which faction of the populace is in charge. Moreover, many rights contradict each other, such as right to life and reproductive rights.

What about forced vaccines and forcing humans to wear face coverings?
