Okay i am suffering from allergy from about 12 yeasrs when i was of 12, when it was in initial stage it was even worse i use to take Cetirizin (antihistamine steroid) to supress allergy but it had bad affect on my body, muscles, and liver as well, a si grew up i came to know this happened to me because i caught tuberculosis at the age 9 and its treatment occurs for a year, in this time period i took a lot of medicines which result in affecting my liver, liver is responsible for producing natural anti histamines and when it gets affected it was unable to do its job as well, 3 years back from now i took some dose of vitamin c (vitamin c is also a natural anti histamine) supplement by amway named triple guard echinecia, it maginally cured my allergy because of its anti histamine properties and vitamin c also helped to cure my liver so liver stars functioning as well i took this supplement for an year and it lasts its effect for 2 years but later i start gaining my allergy back, not that worse qhen it was before but minor one, after that i started homeopathic treatment and till now i am under treatment and its going on really well the doctor have claimed that if i would complete its full course then the allergy will be completely vanished from my blood otherwise it will be turned into asthma in future, sorry i forgot to mention i possess allergy in my bloodstream because many of my blood relatives and older people have this too and some of them had asthma too, i got this allergy when my liver was weak not from burth so my primary focus now is to treat liver with amlas and natula source of vitamin c and continue with homeopathy

I have spring and fall allergies since I was a kid. Every year they get worse and I become allergy to more things. Have to get a steroid shot every year. Just started doing Intermittent fasting and it seems to be helping since it help to reduce inflammation in your body. Started in December and got to say so far, so good. I get symptoms but they go away with over the counter medication and some days dont even have to take anything. meds never worked for me before. Doctor pretty much tried everything. Hope, it will continually keep working.

My severe seasonal allergy was completely gone just a couple of years after I gone vegan. Turned out that studies found dairy worsens allergies of all kind. This was completely unexpected. My autoimmune disease rheumatoid arthritis, IBS and GERD were also cured a few months after I gone vegan. So yes, we humans bring all these health problems to ourselves. And there are plenty of scientific studies to support now.

The interesting thing is that when i lived in a hot summer country, i did not have any health problems. When i moved to a more cold country i developed hay fever for summer, chronic allergy syndrom for almost all fruits and many other health problems. The salt of the beach and direct sunlight, plus different vegetation and maybe more sea food diet, really made my immune system happy.

If anyone's looking for medication, i use zyrtec (pills) and zaditor (eyedrops) so you can try those and they work really well for me even though i have really severe allergies and live in the actual worst city in the usa. obviously check to make sure theyre safe and ask an actual professional too, but as far as i know antihistamines arent too much to worry about: )

I have allergic rhinitis and every single waking morning, the moment my body feels that I am already awake, my nose starts to itch and I'll just sneeze to the allergy's desire.
Today I just found out that even my immune system is always anxious and paranoid about a lot of things just like the person it protects.

One of my friend was suffering from Eczema. He took allopathic treatment, but not much improvement was there. One day during searching for something online he got to know about Planet Ayurveda, he ordered allergy care pack, now his symptoms are improving day by day

My allergies aren't nearly as aggressive as they used to be, partly I think because I started using Fluticasone (a corticosteroid. Still, if my allergies could somehow be manifested as a person, I would beat that person to an inch of their life every year.

I disgree with the idea of gradually introducing allergens! A person with a peanut allergy would not be gradually reintroduced to peanuts (it could be fatal) so why do the same with anything else? If they do not agree with people then that is it, surely?
reply

The same can be said for peanut allergies. Poor people rarely have peanut allergies because they're children are exposed to peanut butter because it's cheap a source of protein. Being exposed to peanut earlier in life makes people less allergic.
