If my country had issues I wouldn't run away.
I DEFINITELY wouldn't expect another country to take me in out of pity, but I wouldn't ask in the first place.
Worst case scenario, I live a self-sufficient life or die trying.
That's the natural order.
It's of the feminine mindset to take in the weak and give charity, and of the masculine mindset to take emotion out and prioritize oneself.
The latter is how we've built what we have.
The former currently erodes our civilizations, as it has been directed externally instead of internally where it is beneficial.
Western civilization cannot support the woes of the entire world, and more importantly, should not feel obligated to at its own detriment.

In first people in EU countries should vote and answer one question: DO YOU WANT REFUGEES IN YOUR COUNTRY? We should decide about it not political correctness. Personally I don#t want any refugees in my homeland and people from other countries have no right to argue. My house, my rules. No immigrants from Africa and Asia in my country. They think that we have to let them live in our countries. How arrogant and rude it is? There is no right and reason for us to give our house to immigrants only because they want it. Army should protect our borders like before.

Yes, in fact, everyone is refugee. I have notice that my great-great-grandfather is not a civilian in my hometown, but escape from my capital city. Thousands of belongings were sold or discard. He only bought his wife and 4 children, some food and water, with no transportation or identity. Although when they reach the hometown, there is nothing for them to rely on or start a new busniess, they still live well, and have future generation. Just respect and treat other well.

I don't think men (i mean someone that could fight in a war) should be seen as refugees from war (without any reason like idk i'm scared man. I feel this is just plain cowardness. As a Man myself, I'd fight for my land even if I had to give up my life, and I hope everyone here would do the same.

Thanks ted ed for showing the dark life of refugee. The vedio made me cry.
I only pray to God that no human have to live like these and every refugee will able to get home back or able to start a new life with peace.
Love and respect to every refugee.

My mom's family came to the US in the 1600s to escape religious persecution. My dad's family left Ireland during the American industrial revolution to escape famine. Even if we don't think about it, we all got to where we are somehow.

People are so ungrateful. In the first world, everyone is whining about how their lives are so hard but don't realize that there are refugees that have much bigger problems than they do.
