Please, what a joke. By chance a cell (which also formed by chance) gets all the machinery to form dentin, the instruction on where and when to deposit, and how much. This enormous hurdle is just for the formation of dentin, it is the first step in a journey from Chicago to the Empire State building in New York when one takes into consideration of the stomatognatic system. Evolution is a blind process. Wake up people, evolution beyond adaptation within a species does not exist.

There is a condition where the enamel does not for correctly which can lead to more cavities. Since enamel cannot repair, if your born with this, your stuck with sensitive weaker teeth that stain easily. I was born with the gene where my enamel didnt form fully, leaving rough surfaces exposed on some teeth. I do all I can to keep my current enamel intact.
