For some reason I can't sleep at all I'm usually tired but I can't sleep then my sleep schedule is so broken its impossible from me to sleep before 5-6am and I can only sleep at morning but can't wake up until afternoon-Evening my parents think I just don't sleep to make them mad but I genuinely can't sleep even if I wanted to, I suspect that generic disorder that turns your sleep schedule over since once its 5 am its possible to sleep but before I can't and I'm not the only one in my family who can't sleep until 5 am

For all that cant sleep, here is a guide to help you.
1. Eliminate all caffeine consumption
2. Lower sugar consumption
3. Drink water throughout the day
4. Small glass of milk before bed
5. Wake up early everyday
6. No naps!
7. Eliminate blue light before bed
8. Find something calming to do before bed
If you do all of this for about 3 days you should feel tired every night, which will help you fall asleep fast. Try not to fill you mind with thoughts when trying to go to bed.

Bro when I try to sleep, I always start thinking about my mistakes I have done during my whole life. My mind is reminding me mistakes I forgot. It's so awful.
