A mother and son trek across an endless desert. Wearing special suits to dissipate heat and recycle moisture, the travelers arent worried about dying of thirst. Their fears are much greater. Soon, the sound of the desert is drowned out by a hissing: a mound of sand 400 meters long bursts from the desert floor and races towards them. This is the world of Dune. Dan Kwartler dives into the epic story. Lesson by Dan Kwartler, directed by Recircle

Dude, you could have mentioned how Dune inspired many popular works and their world building. Including but not limited to
Star Wars. .
Warhammer 40, 000. .
Wheel of Time series.
Instead you just gave us a Summary of the plot.
This series is enjoyable because it expounds how a particular Book influenced our society and culture. Why the neglect for Science Fiction?

In fact, read the first trilogy. and maybe God Emperor too. Herbert placed a lot of philosophy in his books and he delivers it nicely.
Wait. Did you read the book series? I feel like you're misrepresenting the books a bit.

I'm working towards Dune. I've read the legends of dune trilogy, reading the final book of the schools of dune trilogy, navigators of dune. Next is the great houses of dune trilogy, then finally dune itself.

Also for the love of god don't just read 'Dune' and ignore the 5 sequels. It's like picking up Lord of the Rings and putting it down when they leave the Shire
