I am very pleasantly surprised that not only did I solve the first puzzle, I came to the exact same solution Ted-Ed did!
Anyways, I think there is a mistake in the video. 3: 09 says that only two regions can be created, but the rules in the next slide say three can be created.

At the end of the video:
satisfaction: 100
video watched: 100%
New learning: dragons exist
New but kinda true learning: people only allow you limited power even when they are being wiped out
border gore: 10000

I mean it's nice too teach maths by talking about dragons and all. But do I need to be beheaded with a heavy axe if I don't get the answers fast enough? :D That's the kind of thing I don't actually love to imagine.

Wait. What's stopping me from just creating an island region in the middle of an existing region? It's not removing a territory, not making one in the ocean, and is carved out of an existing territory.

I actually solved this one! I treated each corner like a wheel with alternating colors and made it so I could alternate.
2nd one was much harder, I had no clue what to do.

There's a mistake at the rules section of the second part 3: 19. It says you can add 3 new regions but it should be 2. Anyway this is a great video! Thanks Ted Ed: )

Man, first he risks his head on a jousting competition. Then he risks his head polling for votes. Now he risks his head arranging dragons? Give him a break!
