Sending criminals and political troublemakers to remote islands has been a pretty normal thing throughout history - just ask Australia or Napoleon. In Central America, the former penal colony on Coiba Island was once home to some of Panama's worst criminals and most threatening political enemies. The prisons on Coiba Island housed over 3, 000 prisoners between 1919 and 2003, even after the island became part of Coiba National Park in 1991.

If they had done this in British people then the SAS and paratroops would have gone in, killed all the
guards and got their people out.
They have done this in Africa and other places before, Mock executions are a red flag to the British government.

A+ video!
That would be a fantastic dark tourist journey, what a crazy place.
They could make an entire TV series based on the premise of people being kidnapped and detained there.

Make a video about the riots of Singapore's Pulau Senang (Senang Island prison) next! Their prison concept was fairly interesting but certainly had some drawbacks.

Who wouldn't want to live on a lush tropical island? It should have poorly-maintained nuclear power plant and a secret laboratory to truly enhance the experience thougch.

Other dark tourist places: Squirrel Cage Jail (in Council Bluffs, Iowa) and Hummel Park (Omaha, Nebraska.
I have probably been to Hummel Park 100+ times.

You are not in Kansas anymore. You're in the Coiba island prison colony. If there's a hell, I suggest you go there for some R&R when your time here is over.
