I've been going through opioid withdrawal due to taking suboxone for over 2 years. I decided to quit, pretty much cold turkey. Today is 32 days without opioids. Most of the physical symptoms have subsided with one exception. crippling insomnia.
I literally had less than 5 hours of sleep for that first entire week. Not only do you feel like death due to withdrawals, but you have to be awake for 97% of it. I still literally sleep every other night and even the night I sleep is only for about 3 hours. It's infuriating, no amount of sleep aid helps, it just makes me more tired and more mad when I can't fall asleep.
If you do take suboxone, take it for as little time as possible people.

People trying to stay awake just so they can hallucinate. Maybe they should've been born with insomnia. Then they could have a whole lifetime of it. BTW wanting to sleep and can't is not Fun I've heard of people who thought the only way it was going to stop if they did something drastic because thats what it does to you. Doctors don't take it seriously your better off taking matters into your hands.

Now what if i'm tired no matter if i've had 5 hours or 11 hours of sleep? :P
Sincerely a duck with adhd and what i'm gonna guess being insomnia, as i have to take melatonin supplements every night to feel tired, otherwise i can be up all day, all night, and then get physically and mentally tired at 9am-1pm the day after: P

October 2020-Imran Khan will continue to downplay the opposition. But their movements will get stronger and eventually lead to Imran Khan-s destruction. If Qasim-s dreams about PMIK are true then his dreams about future of Pakistan will also come true.

I skip this What If video long time ago.
But I find this again and watch it now, because of the Netflix movie -Awake-
-
So the movie is quite accurate and similar to the video, at least for day 1-3.

In the year 2020 when everything was at a stand still. I slept 3 to 4 times in a 24 hours day, I asked my doctor if I was ok, he say you're just tired. I slept like that for about 1 year.

I've been on methadone for about a year now. My major issue is sleeplessness averaging only 1 or 2 hours a night. I can't say I've notice many of these issues besides being groggy.

What if you eat like the normal 3 meals a day within reasonable portions of course. But could not poop it out any more. What would eventually happen to us?

The thing we don't realize is that if we genetically never needed to sleep; then we would all be working up to 23 to 24 hour shifts.

strange implications, aren't there diseases where people who cannot sleep at all for years (not the regular insomnia sufferers?

Fatal Familial Insomnia or FFI is a brain disorder where the sufferers never sleep again. It's horrifying
