DARPA supercomputer that has everyone's algorithms and consciousness already so that's already true and we have a printer that makes something out of nothing already all we need is to find away to make that printer alittle more intricate and we have gotten a rover to Mars we can send the printer and the computer and we have the capability to have a printer that makes the Android, cyborg, robot and simply download the scientist with the supercomputer and we have our greatest help to getting knowledge from the unknown planet. Another theory to keep this tower stable, is to possibly use some sort of Force Absorbing Material. As if I'm correct, wind is just oxygen atoms(very close together) in movement, at high velocity, which is what causes the high pressure and force. Which would distribute the force all around the tower, sort of like rolling out some pizza dough. ,Also I have an idea for this project. Since the higher you go up into the atmosphere, and more into space, obviously the less air. So what you could do, is you could maybe possibly use the wind, and suck it up, transport it up somehow, as a source of oxygen for the upper part of the tower.

I remember the Tower of Babel. Anyway, a building so tall would be immensely dangerous, sort of a mega-Twin Towers in suspension. Having said that, an elevator to space is conceivable. It defies reason but is 'well established' that we could build an elevator to a point above Earth that centripetal force would balance it out, actually allowing a suspended rail system. We could go to orbit for the electric cost of a multi-thousand mile elevator. That's just a few years away, though.

building a tower this tall is nothing but just waste of money, people get furious just for their ACs, imagine how much maintenance would be needed for the water supply, oxygen supply, heaters, sometimes elevators are taken down for their maintenance, by stairs it would literally take 3 to 4 days to get down! and as it would interfere the paths of airplanes, people would fear residing in it. i don't think such project would be ever done,

if it was tall enough you would want to make an inverted pyramid in top of it using the centrifugal force to pull up on the tower lowering its weight on the crust. sadly we do not have any materials light and strong enough to build this type if structure.

At 70 kilometers above the Earth the atmosphere is far less dense than sea level. The 200 MPH wind will be a no issue. If the air pressure was 10% of that at the surface of the Earth the wind will have the force of a 20 MPH wind.

Kinda reminds me of Space Elevator in Gundam 00. Consist of solar panels to provide energy since in that timeline fossil fuel is running out. Inside the space elevator is a vertical magnetic train track from earth to space.

No I wouldn't Go up there being disabled a stroke and cardiac arrest and colon cancer survivor and use a wheelchair when I'm outside not sure it's a good idea to build something that tall
