Before calling anyone a dictator, lookup what the US government has done and still does around the world.
It talks about democracy, but the reality is that any country that doesn't do as the US dictates, will be sanctioned, isolated from other countries (with pressure of the US, and the US will try to remove democratic elected government.
It doesn't want a system of government other than its own.
That is what the US government does.
