I disagree with the Japanese empire collapsing, Japan in our timeline had a huge population growth, now that they won, and get to keep their conquered lands, Japan and Germany like America would experience a baby boom from the rest of the 40s and throughout the 50's, and with way more land they could easily bring more people across their conquered lands, especially places like Korea and sakhalin and parts of Siberia that's sandwiched in between Korea, Japan and sakhalin, I could see large Japanese cities being built surrounding the sea of Japan.

A big what if that is missing is that if Germany won WW1 and the Nazis never rose to power, then Germany would not have experienced the brain drain that happened after 1933. You must remember that Germany was the most scientifically advanced country in the world from 1850 on with the likes of Planck, Einstein, Bohr, etc. Also consider the nuclear fission was discovered in Germany in 1938, it is likely that the atomic bomb would have been developed first in Germany (if at all.

The only reason the second battle of the Marne occurred was because the Germans saw the large amount of US reinforcements and decided that they would only have a chance of victory if it happened quickly, leading to the entire Ludendorff offensive, if the us never joined the war, the Germans wouldn't have made the gamble and a longer war of attrition would have happened, ending in a roughly white peace

You do not address however neutral the USA would have been, it still would be a big industrial and agricultural giant able to arm, feed and clothe an army or any that would want to spend money in America. With all we would have to sell, it seems we would be drawn to support one side or another. Then maybe attacked by the other. So, you might want to address this in a future re-make of this older video.

Why would a cold war start between Germany and Japan? Sure they are both monarchies in this timeline and they distrust each other, but wouldn't it be more logical that they they don't fight each other but sign a treaty and concentrate on their remaining enemies? (Britain and France for Germany and the US ) and also Britain for Japan)

Great Britain wouldnt have reignited the war. They went to war reluctantly and only due to the invasion of neutral Belgium. Theyd prefer focusing on their colonies and their trade. The British were proponents of leniency on Germany because they wanted the trade partner. Very unlikely to start a war with one.

Can people stop calling Fascists Far-Right? They're Third Position, closer to Left-Wing ideologies, a spin off of Socialism, Benito Mussolini was a Socialist and was heavily inspired by Socialism until his expulsion from the Italian Socialist Party.
He saw Fascism as it's own bird.

Unrestricted submarine warfare was mostly propaganda. The Lusitania for example carried food and munitions for Britain, and was warned of subs being nearby, but oh no, 130 Americans drowned when willingly deciding to enter a German declared war zone.
