I thought Ray Kurzweil's statements about God and evolution were interesting: -People use the word God which I think a metaphor. . which means unlimited in intelligence, love, creativity, beauty. . And so what happens in evolution? Well, we see that entities get more intelligent, more creative, more beautiful. . becoming more Godlike. So evolution is a spiritual process. -

The editing was so schizophrenic and awful I had to minimize the window and just listen. to an actual intellectual explanation about what futurism is, periodically interrupted by awkward pedestrian commentary on that explanation.
