I try to stick to a middle ground, more -vague- version of this (both because I suck at quick maths and also so I don't get kicked out for card counting and can still enjoy my time at the tables instead of stuck in my head, by just trying to keep track of if I've seen a 'more than average' amount of high or low cards. If you get one or two rounds with a lot of face and high cards, expect the next round or the round after to be mostly low cards. Definitely not foolproof or consistently accurate but its better than nothing.

They must have been playing some amazing games, because an offset true count is just too slow to ramp in a shoe. If you're still only at a 5 unit bet at +6TC, you're gonna push the long run into the ether. I'm at 12 to 15 units by +3tc. The only way I can see this working is wonging in at whatever true count you decide and then flat betting. Outside of that you're leaving money in the table. My opinion.

i know its long time since this video was uploaded, but just for better understanding: whats the actual amount of my bet when my counting end up with 5 betting units at a 100-/betting unit? did i understand it correctly that i should bet 500- when my counting for the betting units equals 5 at 100- per unit? its a pretty high bet compared to the actual relative advantage in percent to the bank, isnt it?

When dealing though, dealer puts one of everyone's cards face down.
How do you know what the count is, and when to bet or fold if they all have one card face down.
Or is this based on the reveals?
Also, how do you know how many decks the dealer is using, or how many decks are left, without asking the dealer and them getting suspicious?

Me and my friends play together on new years and im learning this to get all the money lmao. We only play with 1 deck so what should i do when the deck runs out? should i just keep a running count until the deck?

What people don't understand about counting cards is that it makes you lose little when you lose and gain more when you win. But even if the count is advantageous to the player you may still lose anyway.

All I hear is -divide by the quantum theory of relativity, and subtract by 5 every hand and then divide that by pie spuared, and you get your running count. -
