Do they ever have to get in with pliers like you see on tv/movies? Like an episode of blacklist where a little girl had an explosive vest strapped to her. Such a fascinating field but im too much of a chicken to do it myself, huge props to those who do, they're real heroes.

The improvised detonator tools are freaking cool. I like the shotgun shell water tube
And the xray machine powered by a dewalt battery is badass. I never realized just how -gritty- the tools were for a bomb tech. It's just highly functional and I love it

Scary that those bomb suits aren't actually as good at stopping fragmentation as something like Dragon Skin body armor. I definitely think the design needs an upgrade. (so does standard issue body armor for that matter)

i recently worked on a tractor which had a shotgun shell start option. it's old and ill probably never see this design again but a shot gun shell way in mechanics works well.

Not gonna lie when I think of the defusing bombs I do not think of using other explosives to defuse the bomb or a less invasive shotgun blast to the side of it like what LOL
