Stinky logic! Think about what I'm saying. We have been told that without fire humanity would have never had the ability to cook meat. Yet at the stage of the planets climate at that time, it would have been hot enough to dissect and slice up and animal and leave it in directly in the sun light to cook and preserve enough to be edible. flint tools would have ensured that if we were dissecting meat it would have been in pieces small enough to cook and preserve this way. I have not heard of a single example in 40 years that has even considered these facts. Why is that? and why has it taken me today in 2021 to make the entire world aware of this truth?

I don't sleep very much. I can function perfectly fine with three hours of sleep per day. I can stay up all night working. Just last week, I worked three days straight at the office. And getting up in the morning, no problem. I've never had a need for an alarm all my life(i'm in the early 50s. When I want to wake up at 7 in the morning, there are times I wake up at 7: 00: 00, right to the second. definitely a blessing i got.

I, apparently, talk A LOT in my sleep. I never recall doing this but members of my household report to me on the regular that I go on at length, sometimes even screaming. Sometimes, they say, I am just chatting, other times I sound like I am arguing or afraid. This seems to be getting more pervasive as I am getting older (I am 55, never talked in my sleep as a child. What is going on? Is this a sign of something?

He-s a great doctor. I know because I-m one of his patients. Very communicative. Takes his time to listen to and answer all of your questions. Always gets back to you in a timely matter when you reach out to him.
I have a rare condition which requires a team of specialists. Not all of them are easy to deal with. I wish all of my doctors were more like Dr. Aysola.

I have never gotten along with melatonin supplements. I've tried it many times, but I find it makes me fall asleep, but then I wake up much earlier than I should and can't get back to sleep and go through the next day feeling like a zombie. And sometimes, I just don't get to sleep at all, and I end up lying there awake, feeling sleepy, but unable to sleep.

Wrong. My husband was born without muscle attachment and sleeps with his eyes open.
Yes, this can be corrected but he was born this way and doesn-t want to change. You can-t tell by just looking at him-

This makes sense, there have ben lots of times where i-m just sitting with my eyes open, then randomly come back to consciousness feeling rested, yet time has like moved more than expected

Is it possible to ban images of spiders and limit them to spider related content only? There was no need to illustrate what was said with something so stressful as a big tarantula.

I love sleep paralysis, TBH. My body feels like its resting while my brain goes over whatever stories I-m currently writing, etc. It-s a very, very lucid time for me.

When I sleep 8 or more hours, I become very tired and numb and dumb. But, with 5 hours sleep, I can be as sharp as the edge of the blade, folks. Highly suggested.
