Neodydidium lol It always hurts me when somebody thats so skilled and talented and knowledgeable butchers a word. Only because I feel that it makes them seem less educated when in reality they're not, they're actually very smart, they're just mispronouncing the word. And I don't want anyone to mistakenly deduce that he's any less brilliant by simply not speaking the correct pronunciation. He deserves all the credit for his skill. Unless I'm just the one that's uneducated and that actually is an alternative pronunciation.

The reason you don-t see anything like this in bar and why you never will is because the cost is too high to buy enough for an entire bar, the customers are drinking alcohol so they-re impaired and and make mistakes more easily, and cleaning would be an absolute nightmare.
I could see this in some 5 star fancy cocktail lounge for elite-esque people with too much money.

Why doesn't anybody do that? Well the FIRST thing that comes to mind is it cannot be cleaned using typical commercial bar methods. Not sure I want the last ten drinkers backwash caught in the straw spiral of my glass. Ewwwwww!

I think this guy could sell his pieces for a lot of $$$ if he sold them with a video of that piece being made. He-s great at explaining as he-s making and doesn-t seem awkward on camera.
