I had problems with dry skin & callouses on my feet and i started using the long black disposable nail files, 180 on one side and 100 on the other side. These are very inexpensive if you buy them in bulk. Every day I would gently file the rough spots and then apply a good moisturizer. It really worked wonders for me. I also started filing my toenails and I find that much easier than trying to cut them

AH! He was wrong about one thing, developing a infection in a piercing and using isopropyl alcohol or dish soap or salt water will dry it out and will most likely make it worse, you want to take it out and clean the piercing for a couple hours in hydrogen peroxide, and clean your ears with hydrogen peroxide, but that dries it up so you must rehydrate it with a Neosporin or something

Whenever I decide not to pop my pimple it passes but leaves a spot and it feels like sth is still inside for a very long time. So I always pop them, no scarring left. But I had this girl at school, who had pimples and acne and she wouldn't touch them at all and then her face was all scarred. Like, I don't know you gotta trust your guts--

hi, yes you should pop your pimples. they are puss filled abscesses. what do the doctors do to abscesses when they form, they pop them and empty the puss. this and all other dermatologists i have found are all hacks. pop them, pop them in the shower.

What no dermatologist has said is the scarring may not show until you start to age. You won-t even remember how you got the scar. It will just start getting more and more noticeable.
If you think you are the exception, think again.

does anyone actually follow the advice to not pop pimples? I really don't care what the possible consequences are when there is a disgusting volcano of white pus sitting on my forehead for all the world to see. It's got to go.

My husband took Accutane about 15 years or more ago. Still doesn't have acne. He says it was a huge problem on his face neck and back. He is cured. I have been with him since 2009 and have never seen a single zit. So jealous
