Everything appears to speed up in our perceptions as we get older. Aging is biological decline. Your body needs all the help it can get. I take Vitruvin's NMN supplement every morning with a protein drink and some Greek yogurt. It has radically changed everything. All sorts of problems have mostly disappeared. I have lots of energy. My vision is better, aches and pain are almost gone, and my mental clarity is like pretty well. At 52, that-s not shabby.

The people in the blue zones (people who live the longest in the world) have these things in common.
1. Their diet is based on carbs, not protein.
2. The small amount of protein they eat is completely vegetarian for most of them. For those who still eat meat it-s a tiny amount & mostly fish.
3. They all move daily without thinking about exercise. They go for walks instead of taking the bus/car ect.

The answer re hangover is kind of lame. Drinking (too much) alcohol is basically poisoning yourself, and as we age every system in the body just works WORSE, less efficient etc, and that includes dealing with poison. So drinking will have a bigger negative impact (everything else equal, just like pulling all-nighters and many other things, even if we perhaps can't outline every detail involved.

Can he aging process be stopped? Unrealistic Question. No. As you cannot replace your brain. Yes it is possible to slow down the ageing process. Eg Stay out of the sun. It is possible to replace vital organs, if body permits. That leaves the brain. The question is. Do we really want to have an Age of Adeline in the the real world? I would like to grow old gracefully. Age has a reason.

I-m not sure which comedian said it. But the joke was about, which is more painful? Having a kid or getting kicked in the balls? Women will try to tell you that giving birth is more painful. But it-s not. Here-s how you can know. After a guy gets a hard kick to the balls he doesn-t turn around and say -let-s do that again-.

I think she-s spot on with the -hangover recall-. I think when you-re younger you were quite happy sleeping a day away - less responsibilities you have to do next day etc. Now it-s like - kids jumping on you, dammit I was meant to clean the house, I-ve just lost an entire day GAH! -

She gaslighted the first question. The person asked why they experienced improvements eating meat after a prolonged period of following a plant-based diet if that diet is supposed to be the best for us, and Dr. Levine just regurgitated a boilerplate appeal to authority.

I-d rather she-d tell us what she-s doing for her own aging, like diet, supplementation, exercise, specially sun exposure and other activities. I mean, she-s neck deep into all this research and probably does a thing or two.

it's so buck wild to hear people talking about a -health span- when many of us are born with chronic illnesses or develop them early on - some scientists make us sound broken, it's pretty cringe
