Bear Grylls takes the WIRED Autocomplete interview and answers the web's most searched questions about himself. Can we trust Bear Grylls? Is Bear actually his real name? How many languages does he know? Who is his cameraman? How is he even still alive? Bear answers all these questions and much more! Saban: I remember a lot of people questioned whether Man Vs. Wild was real or not.
I always felt it doesn't matter. The principles he was showing were real and the show was extremely entertaining.
I think all of this goes with out saying, the shows success speaks for itself.
Thank you Bear, you're an absolute legend.

Matthew 25: 1-13
Then shall the kingdom of heaven be likened unto ten virgins, which took their lamps, and went forth to meet the bridegroom.
2 And five of them were wise, and five were foolish.
3 They that were foolish took their lamps, and took no oil with them:
4 But the wise took oil in their vessels with their lamps.
5 While the bridegroom tarried, they all slumbered and slept.
6 And at midnight there was a cry made, Behold, the bridegroom cometh; go ye out to meet him.
7 Then all those virgins arose, and trimmed their lamps.
8 And the foolish said unto the wise, Give us of your oil; for our lamps are gone out.
9 But the wise answered, saying, Not so; lest there be not enough for us and you: but go ye rather to them that sell, and buy for yourselves.
10 And while they went to buy, the bridegroom came; and they that were ready went in with him to the marriage: and the door was shut.
11 Afterward came also the other virgins, saying, Lord, Lord, open to us.
12 But he answered and said, Verily I say unto you, I know you not.
13 Watch therefore, for ye know neither the day nor the hour wherein the Son of man cometh.

I don t like the over dramatization of events and the gross-eating just for the sake of doing it in his shows but I know it s a TV show, most of his challenges were more like examples of what-to-do and I really like Bear Grylls a lot, seems a positive and decent guy.
Good to have someone willing to take the beat while I m stuck in the couch

I'm wearing that exact watch right now. My dad gave it to me, a Luminox. Unfortunately I don't have that mustache. Having spent 3 days in the remnants of hurricane Maria while primitive camping in only hammocks under tarps, I know a little bit about what its like to do this stuff. Its too bad I didn't have this watch then.

Dear Mr. Bear Grills, When I was little watching you on Man vs wild was good times. Except you eating a spider raw, and drinking your own pee. The spider eating one still haunts me and I have developed a phobia for spiders. But anyways you were such a legend for me back then hatts off

Remembering those childhood days when i used to get disgusted seeing this man eat live worms, snakes etc. But watching Man vs Wild as a grown up was so inspiring, the life lessons that this legend shared with us is incredible. thankyou wired for this episode.

I thought one of the questions was going to be is bear grylls sportacus, growing up in the 2000s when I was little I first saw lazy town and then I saw man VS wild, I thought it was the same actor, has anyone else thought the same?

i'm australian and was so happy when he said we love australia but now he has insulted us how dare you (though to be honest i haven't meet a single aussie who cares about rugby its mostly cricket and footy. aussie footy that is)

Respect for this man, his methods were legitimate. He just needed to manufacture the scenario, which is understandable. Not trying to get a whole team of people into dangerous situations just to survive them for real.

Thank you Bear. Lovely interview. The inspiration part really helped with just some of my own thoughts and struggles. Follow your heart and try to keep things simple even with doubts and failure. Thanks mate

One of my favorite celebrities, made my childhood and entertained me so much. Loved watching his show despite some people criticizing it.
And who can forget the iconic meme, improvise, adapt, overcome.

I was a super picky eater & NGL the only reason i eat vegetables today is bc of this man, i took pity on his plight like this man eats insects so atleast I must be grateful that i get to eat vegetables

loved watching bear grylls as kid and it s cool to see that despite his numerous tv shows and fame, he still considers his family as his biggest achievement. seems like a very grounded guy.

Q: Who is Bear Grylls' cameraman?
Bear Grylls proceeds to give an elaborate response on what they do and how much they mean to him and his team, but doesn't tell who they are

I always admire Bear Grylls shows. When I was a kid, I used to push the limits fairly frequently. I was actually testing my parents patience. I didn't always get away with that. LOL

My mom is very scarred of Bear Grylls, she thinks he is some kind of demon who eats snakes, bugs anything. I always burst out laugh when I watch man vs wild with my mom
