I really wish you had made it so Luke could have started the mustang. Maybe when he went to leave the military camp he could have asked one of the military guys to drive him back to the house where the mustang was and they could have jumped started it and he could have drove off in that. But I guess that would have messed up the part where the dogs followed him. But that could be a suggestion for a later book Luke goes back for the mustang with a full battery. LOL awesome series

Has anyone heard the story advanced of here This started out as Isaac's story, it was from his perspective & experience, but now it's turned into Luke's story.
While I do like the story, I didn't become emotionally invested in Luke's story, I followed because of Isaac. if this doesn't switch back to Issac SONNER RATHER THAN LATER, (with or without Luke) then I'm done.

I really appreciate the stories you provide us. I used to love reading books. My mind is always racing on day to day problems and books tend to get me out of my own head. I never have time to actually read these days and the audiobooks have been great. I can listen while working. And you are a wonderful story teller. Thank you.

What can I say, I wanted to comment immediately, when I saw this but I against my instincts waited, now, after lusting anything I write seems inadequate, any and accolades are deserved, it's been a long time since I have felt this much about characters in a novel, maybe it was, Swans Song. It's been a minute.

Yay! Please don't take this wrong way but at some point change it from clip to mags/magazines because a clip is something totally different than what handguns and sport rifles use. Have a character correct them or something because it bumps me a little out of story

I bought this series in paperback and it's great. You are a very talented writer Scott. It's really funny how your brain and imagination paint a certain world when reading the books. When listening to the audiobooks, it paints a totally different picture.

He uses the wrong words a lot. Example
Bed head for headboard of a bed.
CB radio in a military vehicle.
And just not knowing about guns, Clip when Magazine is the right word.

What I enjoy is you can pause it if something comes up and I never lose my place and I don't have to remember where I laid down my book. I really enjoy the person's reading voice. He make's the characters come alive.
