Around 27: 00 the story is getting discombobulated. Why is marle deciding now that it's time to show him some more of the town Why is he not interrupting their little flower shop sightseeing to warn her about the threat How come the drifter supposedly a lawyer before the fall hasn't mentioned to anyone that the stabbing was self defense. What the hell is going on here The writer is talented but this feels very askew to his style. It makes me begin to wonder if the drifter is actually somewhat insane and seeing the story through his eyes is the only explanation. Are we going to find out he really did provoke the other guy and his mind tell him he was a victim Im just confused

Thanks so much for continuing this series. I really enjoy the characters. I'm looking forward to the next part & hopefully can get an explanation as to why a town wouldn't want a well-armed & ready to fight populace.

This story has been fast paced and exciting. I'm not sure I don't like it more then the America falls books this is kind of stand-alone story I look for and rarely find.

If I was Josh, I would have explained to everybody that David attacked me in my room. It was self defense. Idk why he didn’t say that first thing to everybody.
