It’s scary how true London’s predictions is to the modern time. The oligarchy of trusts (or transnational mega corporations in our modern PC language) have won, the Heel is now crushing mankind while the world burns.

The carnism of the rich and poor lusting for the flesh is the source of all evil sin and wickedness. As long as we have an animal husbandry based economy those that partake of it will be enslaved by it.

I hope some people understand that parts of Jack London's books are in part real. Jack London (lived ) as the things in his books happened. He is a person I wish I could have known and talked to.

Matt Soar does an excellent narration of this captivating dystopian fiction which is so contemporary it's hard to believe it was written in 1908.

The Iron Heel, published in 1908, just five years before the establishment of the corrupt, privately-owned Federal Reserve central bank.

Wow Jack London really got on his soap box for this peice of propagandistic tripe. Socialism always fails in practical application.

Why do I get the feeling if Jack London was alive today, he would be one of those anonymous people obsessed with Guy Fawkes masks

There's 10 people I'd like to have over for dinner and whisky.
Three are authors.
Jack London, Edward Abbey, and Stephen King.

I always forget that the story is being told by a woman. The narrator is so great tho, I wouldn't have it any other way!
