The Autobiography of Benjamin Franklin - FULL AudioBook Success Money Wealth Inspirational Franklin would commit suicide if he lived today. He would not recognize the the Country he helped found. A person of Franklins ability and attitude born into a rigged, corrupt, dumbed down society of todays kind would find themselves either in jail or placed under pharmaceutical supervision. People have no concept of how badly their freedoms, rights and basic life has been turned into nothing but a profiteers commodity. Franklin would died from sadness, the shock would kill him. We have turned a brilliant idea into a monstrous joke.

I know some people dislike Franklin for what he did to his wife, cheating on her a lot. But I'd still say he was far more good then bad not just in the 'real world' but hopefully in his perosnal too, I hope. Nobody hates on Martin Luther King Jr for cheating on his wife all the time. Both men worked hard in the world.

1: 13: 16, does Ole Ben think he's pullin one over on UsWhile on the boat ride he got trashed on that filthy rum and had a overhang from hell the next morning; swilling down water, he was dehydrated from that poisonous dreck.

Benjamin Franklin was a great, not perfect, man. This is an excellent resource about his life. Well done to the reader and producer for such a monumental effort.

I'll be expecting you to do a much better job instead. Then I can look forward to criticizing YOUR abilities as well. I commend them for doing us a service.

Can we have someone reread this who is not a speed reader with good diction and adequate pauses and not the pauses one takes when one runs out of breath
reply

you can’t change my mind on this, but this is the worst grammer i’ve ever seen in my life. i can’t even imagine this man going to grammer school.
reply

I just will not listen to linervox recordings or however you spell it. They break the flow of the book by announcing their name every chapter

Inspiring listening to the true story of a frail human who grew from obscurity to prominence & wealth (at 1. 5X-2X speed )! Thank you!

6: 11: 27 - this is the part of the book you're looking for - where he builds the fort and commands the militia on the frontier.

For those who take issue with the sound of the narration I suggest listening at 1. 5 speed. 2 is too fast and unintelligible.

Quite weird staccato reading voice. Like he's literally just reading for first time. Hesitant. Shame.

I just come from the version read by Batman only to find the one read by Stephen Hawking's computer.

This man sounds so nervous and robotic, it makes it hard to pay attention to what is being said.
reply

This needs to be listened at 1. 5x speed or more. Wish librivox app had a way to change the speed.
