All those movies fall in the romantic spy genre, but Red Sparrow? I'm not sure. The ballerina spy had more chemistry with her uncle than with that CIA guy. I know, it's weird. But it's the goal of this movie.

I thought that Red Sparrow would be a great KGB/spy movie. What I didn't expect was nasty, graphic torture scenes and other unpleasantness. Geez. I could have watched Hostel if I wanted to groove on torture porn. HOW ABOUT TRUE LIES INSTEAD?
