There are way to little of these movies, especially when compared to the crazy amount of bad boy - good girl movies (basically every romantic story. The only exception that stuck with me (not not his list) was ten things I hate about you, which basically told two love stories between a bad girl and bad boy and a good girl and good boy (while also establishing it's 'bad' main characters as actually pretty 'good' and it's 'good' characters as also a bit 'bad'.

The next karate kid with Hilary Swank kind of fits this category. It-s teenage based and contains a bit of romance. People thought it was crappy but I liked it.
