Im 16 and its my first job. I was surprised to be hired on the spot like that though I thought theyd go over things and look at my application again and call me or something. Manger didnt even write anything down. Just asked me a few questions and was like cool beans you seem like the type of person we want working here orientation is on Wednesdays at 3, and I went home.

McDonalds is the busiest restaurant for the lowest pay. I give the workers credit for dealing with the customers. I been in the in F&B for over 15 years and McDonalds wouldnt be a place where I would want to work at because its such a high volume place. It sounds stressful and the employee in my city are always grouchy. And by the way why is the menu. Number 1 2 3 4 6 7 9 thats all we have in Hawaii.

Why would you ever eat McDonalds out of choice, the only reason you should eat at McDonalds is if you are financially unstable. I dont mean to offend any McDonalds fans, but the only somewhat tasty thing that they have is the fish sandwich

Glad they finally changed their policy on food that falls to the floor. When my dad worked there they made him put it back on the grill to serve. He quit on the spot.
