When he brought up the whole student being told she can't make it story, it reminded me of something similar happening to me.
I was going to cosmetology school and because of medical issues, I had to be cut off from clients for a period of time. I had a doctor's note and everything. The school was still writing me up despite the doctor's note and the ADA I had with them. When I went in to talk to someone about something she said How are you supposed to become a stylist if you aren't taking clients in school, medical issues or not? Just drop out right now and go into something else. and I also had an urgent care doctor telling me the same thing too. Well, I didn't listen and just 8 months later, I graduated from the school.
Take the advice of what Jason said. Don't give up. Keep going. Whether it's easy or difficult with the field. You can do it. Prove those that say otherwise wrong.

Can you give me (us) some tips how to get into the gameartist (charakter design) career? I just can find a way to study this but I never found a way to work at a place or applications like that.

I kinda wish they wouldn't show the finished project on the thumbnail, they could do like a more hidden version of it or just show the mashup/character they have to draw
