So here's the trick go the 3D ones because I wanted to make it, it's an actual marshmallow. It would be impossible otherwise. And I know cuz I got a friend to get some from Japan. Not cheap or easy to find apparently

3D latte art needs nonfat milk because the foaming matrix of whole milk is too unstable to support too much verticality to it.
