Tsk! Try tablespoons or serving spoons if it's not a cup or more, from experience 6-8 teaspoons is me daily on the last 3 days of my 7 day super heavy flow period. There's least a teaspoon on the darn sheets alone if I delay 30 mins from changing a tampon. Nd yes I'm aware period blood isn't just blood.

before coming across this video I asked the guys I know if they knew what PMS stood for and they all got it wrong (and I'm a phD student in biology. Guy in the glasses killed, but honestly all of them did way better than I expected.

The woman in the Guinness World Records book with 69 kids had a lot of them as twins, triplets and quadruplets. I remember reading that one a while back. She just had lots of multiples of kids
