Dolan's Uyghur Da pan Ji is one of my satisfying noodles in Melbourne Australia. The last restaurant was little too fanciful for me. I would go for the first noodle rstaurant. lots of home made noodles delishus.

Western people when given different sauces or gravies together they will mix everything together and eat. Cmon be patient and enjoy each sauce instead mixing. In east, people wont eat this way.
