The movie was a disappointment. It should have been a Disney+ release. It feels out of place and doesn-t work for the current state of the MCU. To sum it all up when the end credit scenes are better than the movie- that should say everything you need to know.

Tbh, I really hate Sec. Ross. He's a hypocrite and only wants to use super soldiers for such purposes. He doesn't even care about the cost, and just goes around making secret teams that are practically evil in the comics.

I have a feeling maybe in the end credits scene, Steve could show up (form endgame) and take that bat out of that timeline, bit wierd we are only now getting a black widow film. There has to be a reason

Well obviously the leak was wrong, but it does fit into the movie and might have possibly been removed/changed, like the grave scene
