I Watched Loki Ep. 1 in 0. 25x Speed and Here's What I Found Shadow: I think the reason Loki wants to RULE over everything is because if he is in control of everything no one will hurt him, it-s a way of protecting himself in a way he/she/they (he-s obviously gender fluid so I don-t want to be offensive and give him one gender despite him usually staying in his male form) couldn-t in Thor, sorry if that didn-t make sense, also you got to remember that he-s still trying to get control of himself, that-s why he-s always boasting or whatever it-s called about himself, it-s not because he-s a narcissist it-s a way of giving himself confidence (you-ve already seen that he-s actually SUPER insecure and self-loathing, also in the last bit of this episode is proof that he does is mask to keep the pain and betrayal from getting in, he doesn-t want to get hurt again which I can totally relate to, at least that-s my interpretation of it and I refuse to believe anything else, I know how it feels to be judged by how you act, I know the masks thing from A LOT of personal experience, and I KNOW that he makes those -selfish- decisions because he-s just scared, he-s not a bad guy, he just wants to be heard, to be seen and acknowledged for his actions, he wants to make his family proud for once (I know the feeling -, sorry if you disagree but I refuse to believe that he has evil intentions, that his plans just go terribly wrong, also after avengers he doesn-t actually do anything particularly bad (he sent that monster to up those stairs because he thought it would lead to Thor or Odin, also I know that he at least once loved Loki but it-s pretty obvious he never treated him like a son and no offence but I-m kind of glad Odin is dead, also if you include the myths about Loki Odin was outright abusive to him/her/them, sorry for my rant or if I offended anyone but I don-t really like Odin that much, again sorry if that didn-t make sense or if I offended anyone, the lying is also a desperate need for control if you think about it and I think it-s pretty obvious by now that Loki hate-s himself and sees himself as a monster, just take a minute to think one that

Okay, my time has come!
The reason why the child pointed at a glass mural of Satan, to refer to Loki, is because Norse Mythology was long ago 'Christianized' in real life - in the eyes of Christianity, Loki was reflavoured as the Devil, despite the fact that Loki was never _really_ evil. This is why Loki is often considered a villain, even today - and, of course, a child brought up in Christain culture back then, would simply assume Loki to be the devil.
A lot of the original Norse Mythology was lost after it was 'Christianized, ' but this goes even worse for celtic and welsh religion, which is basically a threadbare stiched mess due to Christianization.

11: 56, hey Sir one more detail you missed is that, you can see inside the drawer there is also an electromagnet of Tony Stark's chest from Iron Man 1. When tony asks help from pepper, then she takes out the same thing which is seen kept here in the drawer. This makes me think even more that how it would have been came here. Thank you!

The layout of the scene -4: 04 is that of a Chessboard,
with each character acting as a piece.
-
Moebius, the Bishop, walks diagonally.
The Security Chief is the Queen and so moves in any direction;
that's why she keeps her feet in separate squares.
While the two Guards stand still, almost confused, like two Pawns.

but in the endgame, they said what they do when they go back in time does not affect the present. and Loki died in infinity war but he escaped when they went back in time in the endgame? so why do they care that Loki is alive if he won't affect or present and what already happened?
reply

when you think about it, this loki's nexus event is a paradox.
he has to escape in order for the timeline to go as intended, but him escaping creates an altered timeline.
thus his nexus event being pruned is itself a nexus event.

6: 09 My man literally predicted kang 8 episodes before he appeared, wow
And now that I-ve seen all episodes I think the Infinity Symbol was foreshadowing about the Multiverse being unleashed (Infinite Timelines)

Okay my question is when Loki was watching his future self and he watched himself die did he also see the ship blow up so that would mean he thinks Thor is dead right or am I reading too much into things someone

In Episode-1, We See That Loki Was Born In 1900 Which Implies That Loki Was 123 Years Old, Whereas Thor In 2023 Was 1505 Years Old. This Means That Loki Was Adopted When Thor Was 1382 Years Old.
