Its so underrated, sure blood money had better graphics and introduced hand to hand combat. but nothing beats the nostalgic feeling I get when I play contracts. The levels were better, the soundtrack was better, the weapons were better IMO, and it was by far the darkest/grim hitman ever made.
Such an underrated game out of the series. Hitman 2 silent assassin would be my runner-up.\r\n

I repeat what I said before that makes a lot a people angry, Hitman Absolution had the most badass Mr 47 of all, the way he act, the way he walks, facial expressions, I respect the contracts system that started everything and goes all the way to 2022, but we can't deny that a story based of him protecting someone gave him personality and humanity never seen once before for the man who defines the art.

Fun fact: In the ending cutscene of -The Farewell- named -Necessary Evil-, Diana states how she only saw 47 as a blank slate. This quotation dates back all the way back to the first cinematic in Hitman, about how Soders thinks of 47 as a blank slate.

I never played the first hitman game as my computer is too new for it. I like hitman: Silent assassin, contracts, blood money and new hitman 1, 2, 3. Absolution has good actions but bad maps.

Man, it-s amazing how different the first one is. You-re almost guaranteed to end up killing non-targets. It-s almost more like Goldeneye, at times.

Hitman Absolution had the best hitman, facial features were very similar to the actual person David Bateson who does hitman's voice.
