What is nintendo thinking with 'nintendo labo'?
video description
I know that it doesn'r really change the sense or the point of the video, but given the idea that LABO mght encourage creativity, it would be a shame for people to misunderstand how things work before they go into it.

well maybe the real wonder are the people who are bying it instead of ordering something they need, then taking the package and a lot of ducktabe to make their own version of Nintendo labo
Why are they all interessted in the game, from what I see the games itself don't look more interessting than anything like the Wii sports games and stuff like that. I haven't looked much into it yet, but there is nothing to keep me hooked yet.

Though it may look like its for a kid these cardboard ideas are most definitely for older people cause cardboard can break easily, and keep it away from any pets lol. Also id recommend if anyone's actually going to buy this stuff to invest in a cardboard laser cutter, so you can copy the prints after purchase and before opening so if anything breaks its easily fixable by doing it yourself.

I-m definitely gonna try this when it comes out. Personally I think the price point is mostly fair for the software, as you said. Though considering that it means the extra $10-$20 are for the included carboard sheets and other bits the kits come with to make the Toy-Cons, since Switch games tend to be about $59.99 each. I-m not really sure how to feel about that

Giving children flimsy cardboard that will also house an expensive piece of hardware? I can see kids getting this wet, pulling the levers/handles too hard, fighting over it with their brothers and sisters, stepping on it. Throwing it. What are Nintendo thinking?

I think is an amazing idea because most kids now a days lack the creativity to play bc they have been bombarded with technology and have stop playing with toys and more with devices. And thus in a way have stop using imagination.

Nintendo labo is basically teaching consumers to create their own peripherals for the system. Once this becomes a normal thing games can come out with specific peripherals in mind and the consumer can use instructions to create it.

On a note. I wonder how many adults would purchase a Labo (cardboard)-Arcade machine- if Nintendo planned one? I would!! Just think about it. :-)

it's like 30 dollar cardboard and then a 40 dollar mobile game, both worthless. (+you need the 300 dollar console to use it) need i say more?

Different
the software costs. sure..
then how about 10-20$ for just the cardboard, then even if the kids brake it you can still cheaply remake one
