You people sayin 4 is underrated but that sold 25 MILLION COPIES, which meant people loved that shit, me included. But in my opinion, the most underrated is Vice City Stories. We can finally swim, the only game that could other than San Andreas, this was made for the PSP (then the PS2), we're back in Vice City, you get a weaponized helicopter after losing it in LCS and Vic is a really in depth character too.

I wouldn't be mad if they completely remastered this game (and the two DLC's). I think it's the best story of any GTA game. I love how they went for a more realistic, gritty approach to the story.
And getting the chance to roam around Liberty City with next-gen graphics?? That ALONE is worth the price of admission!!!

I have finished this game 3 times and now the fourth time I will finish it with a graphics mod and some custom weapons and vehicles mod as well cause I actually made the game almost like gta v but I still think I need to add some new stuff and I may release my own game as well :) cause gta iv is my fav story game.

not sure how a game that was rated a 10/10 and won many game of the year awards is named underrated even in the series . if u wanna bring up an underrated gta game say GTA LCS or VCS. the psp versions, those games are never mentioned or ever talked about and they are very fun games.

Just look at how DIFFERENT the art style was from San Andreas to GTA IV. You'll understand how groundbreaking these graphics were at the time. -Wow! When Niko walks, he actually steps on the stairs!- I remember saying to myself... The handling is loose but. I grew to love it.

How is this underrated? Almost everyone says this is best gta. I would say vice city stories is most underrated gta. Very rare people even talk about it even thought it is almost good as original vice city specially playing on ppsspp upgraded graphics.

5:40, it was grayish colors interspersed with orange and reddish hues because it accurately at the time portrayed the first Autumn/Fall setting in a GTA game.
