the FO3 thing, they stopped because of possible legal issues that came with using the original audio IE using the VA from FO3, the VAs could sue since their voices were being used for a game they weren't being paid for. On top of that some people didn't want their stuff included into it, not sure if that was on Bethesda's side or if that was on the modder's side, but yeah. Bethesda wasn't going to sue them or anything, they just told the modders that the VA's could and some might, they could have used new voices, but that was going to be a pain in the ass and expensive plus it wasn't going to have the nostalgia with new voices.
The FO:NV one will run into the same issues.
As for splinter cell, I've wanted a new one since like 2 weeks after blacklist when I finished it. I want more splinter cell, it's the only old series I loved that's still going. .hack dead, onimusha dead, xenosaga dead, deadspace dead, I want splinter cell more splinter cell, so much MORE.

Video game crimes? Yes.
There's a Sonic fan game that is a legitimate virus and reports IP and browsing history to the creator, especially when trying to look at game files or cheat.
I'm an IT guy.
Anyone who creates a malicious virus like that deserves jail time.
I admit that I've created a virus in Java, but it was a joke virus for a friend and it didn't harm computers; it was a simple text dialog box that popped up asking to see your porn collection, and the program closed when you told it -ok-.

I'd love to see cheating taken more seriously, it's really lame when I spend my hard earned money to buy a game, go online, and some loser is ruining the game for everyone with hacks. Cheat all you want in single player games I don't care. But using cheats/hacks in a online game that is competitive is just whack. Ideally I'd like to see them banned, fined, and given a week in jail and some community service to help them reflect on their moral failures, and failure as a human being.

Wait why don't they do with the fallout mod what they are doing for skyblivion???? They are making it so you basically have to have oblivion on your PC and what the mod will do is transfer the sound files from oblivion into skyrim. That makes it so that the mod doesn't redistribute game files from oblivion, it just utilizes what was already on the players PC.

-Video game crime- isn't really a thing, the player was probably arrested more on the basis of illegal gambling than the fact that it was centered around gaming. it seems like the same concept as getting a DUI on a bike vs getting one in a car. Same crime, different details

I really hope they are making another TC splinter cell. I've always loved the sneaking around, the gadgets and using the environment to your benefit eg, throwing body's in dumpsters. Haha Thanks for the update

Only problem with video games becoming -more mainstream- is how politically involved they are going to be in the future, even now people are taking 2nd glances at some games and that scares me to a degree

during that esports scandal segment, in the second picture why do they have 2 headsets each? it looks like they are using the mics on the green headset but why not just use it for sound as well?
