Why is fallout 76 getting so much hate?

I loved it day one and was really only annoyed with the servers response and crashes, which I expected given it being Bethesda-s first dive into this style (and it-s their B team) not to say it was acceptable just expected
I understand the NPCs not being there is a bummer but they-re just holotapes with a face and a good voice actor can give a great personality without a body (facial expressions have rarely matched tone too), character design can have huge impacts on character feelings as well but they-re far and few between and mostly given to companions or boss enemies. It-s like seeing a named character instead of -insert settlement name here- resident- is someone you know you-ll have dialogue with- but you-ll see 10 more of them in a different outfit in other places. Glad they-re here now after wastelanders and I can-t wait to see more because the dungeon crawling got pretty boring and I love seeing a world actually evolve for once during gameplay and not just in ending slides- and the aliveness is great too
I will say 76 would-ve been better had we gotten to play it before the residents of vault 76 came out of their vault because the history we learn while playing is fantastic!- seeing some consequence for my choices would be great too but that-s a sacrifice for multiplayer I suppose
And I CANNOT wait to go to The Pitt! Expeditions is an excellent idea for not only revisiting known locations but also giving a taste of future locations as well.
All in all I enjoy the game and I-ve seen some people revisit it and enjoy it too stability is pretty good and bugs are few and far between aside from some visual ones. Nothing game breaking that I-ve experienced recently but I-m a single dude. I recommend picking it up again!

i know by now this is a older video but in 2021 this game has somewhat came back to life
and that what hes talking about is by end of 2020 is only his own rant as most fans that left
have returned in some form or another as the DLC's became free with new quests being
added along side human NPC's in waistlanders, i returned to the game to find alot to do
and was actually shocked of how much they added, my videos show no bugs on ps4
there is a steady playerbase on the server at a time to the point if they pulled out now
it be bankrupting them for pulling out of the fans that ARE playing it steadily and by
now if you see any videos with fallout 76 in the list its pretty much his rant on it

Fallout 76 has a good but hidden lore within terminals and stuff, also a great setting and places but its so buggy it makes you cry.
-using nukes to crash servers is kinda funny tho-
edit: wished they had a LARGE singleplayer campaign with more NPCs and quests with a working story so we could at least feel something when exploring and discovering.

Got back into video games like a year ago and have played games i loved like days gone, the last of us, farcry 5,gta 5. I just got done with all the metro games and loved all those games. I'm not that picky at all but this game is really really bad!!! Horrible graphics,bad game play and mechanics and need i say more. Really I just dislike this game also.

It looked like they tried to get back to their roots by making it an MMO RPG again but yet with no NPCs. Also the Camps are just a pain in the but and it made me so frustrated that I just gave up on making a camp. Don't get me started on the boiling water thing. It also seemed like they were trying to make another fortnight. What were you thinking?

I bought this game day 1, never played it still to this day. I mastered F3 Before And after Trophies were a thing for Playstation 3. Beat F4 and got most of the Trophies. Should I even Try F76 at all, or just play other games and wait till the next Fallout game?

Well, I just tried the wasteland update to see if it got fixed. Kind of but it just feels scuffed. When you meet the overseer she didn't sound anything like she does in the holos, and plus they've added such as the scrapper protectron and junk loot boxes

Personally i like fallout 76. I thought id watch this to find out why my friends give me crap for it and i think i get it now but for me ive never cared about story in game and i 99.9% of the time only play multiplayer. As for the bugs---.. yeah

Fall out 76 is cool I tried the demo and it-s fun I have only played 1 fall out game but like I said I tried the fall out 76 demo and it was good so I am going to buy it and it-s on sale so I can get it for 15$ so ima have fun bye bye
