Usually when you sign an NDA you have also a penalty clause if you not follow that NDA, and usually it's tied to an amount of money. So... People must be careful because it isn't legal to share those infos.
And the first video, they had shared a cofidential company document, and they made the settlement because if it went to court it could cost them even more, one thing is to share rumours, other is to share confidential documents.

On number 8: I-ve had to sign a lot of NDA-s. It doesn-t matter if it was in private, or an accident, or you didn-t personally post it, if you sign an NDA, and information gets out, and you were the source of that info, that-s on you and Epic had every right to sue him. Non Disclosure means Non Disclosure. He disclosed information, therefore it was a breach of his NDA and Epic should-ve sued him, which they did.

Supmatto was charging people in exchange for private information on a non-released game he snuck into as well. don't forgot that part he also tried to name call the investigator's they served him with a Cease and Dissent he did not comply enough said. Hell another game actually tried to rip off borderlands too lmao.

Companies getting mad at testers for disclosing video of a game before release when they gave it to a gamer to play on a system that records ur gameplay is silly.
Edit: On a separate note, I feel like ppl who love Fortnite are brainwash worthy.

Not game related but the biggest thing I wasn't able to leak early was about someone in a show getting pregnant.
That was a number of years ago now that it has aired so I can say it was a plot twist of Vampire Diaries.

I can tell your really against dev's punishing people who leak content but that is a big deal. It's someone else's intellectual property and they break contractual obligations to keep their mouths shut.

I still remember when KH3 was leaked, and they tweaked the game to only allow critical mode to be available after you beat the game to ensure it doesn-t get leaked. That was crazy.
