I've been playing since Altair times and since the end of Ezio's I have the sensation that they are failing to the original idea trying to cope with the market.
There are some interesting games between today and old days, but most of them go from ok to meh...
All I ever wanted is a sort of AC1 with next gen power.

Big Corps Monopolizing the gaming industry so they can force feed us unfinished garbage with -good graphics- for quicker & bigger payouts, while we open our cheeks, continue to buy and forget how much more quality games use to be with a fraction of the technology available. Yes please make assassin's creed smaller...some of us get bored and wait a few days? weeks? months? personally I took years to finish some assassin creed game..mainly coz of the repetitive things it has going on..if we could do straight up story and very very few side missions that would be great!!

Last three AC games are ridiculously big compared to what AC was before,even with a horse it really takes a while going thousands of meters from point A to point B.We need smaller worlds filled with more life and focusing on an actual Assassin's Creed storyline.

as a fan since the first game, assassins creed is not assassins creed anymore they should-ve made it a different ip all together instead of branding it as assassins creed. it-s sad to see such a great series so close to my heart being destroyed by corporate greed

Honestly I love the new AC formula BUT I don't think it does the actual AC universe justice. I think they should split the new style off into a separate franchise under a different name, and bring AC back to a more traditional formula for the OG fans.

i have a feeling that the new AC game will be based around Arthurian legend. Maybe something with the Knights of the Round? Kinda hopeful
Edit: also really looking forward to that Mario Strikers game!

I played Odyssey and thought it was one of the best of the series, but it was long and because of that I had no interest in even buying Valhalla. The Resident Evil 4 remake sounds incredible.

I would love to hear your guys- opinion on Lost Ark! It felt like it came out of left field. As a free game it seems to hold up really well without making you feel forced to buy anything.

I hope it actually tells a story about assassins and we meet some of the legendary ones that ac II had giant statues of in ezios basement . Where altiars black armor was locked up
