Elden Ring (PC, PS5, PS4, Xbox Series X/S/One) is filled with awesome weapons and items, but it also has plenty of stinkers. Here are our least favorite/useful weapons. Jay: Heres some elden ring video suggestions. BEST and WORST locations in elden ring, BEST mechanics added in elden ring for the soulsborne series, BEST/WORST enemy mobs (looks/attacks etc, BEST ashes of war in game, BEST sorceries/incantations. Just wanna give some ideas these cuz this game is so good and wanna see more elden ring content from you guys

The flail is primarily for the crystaline enemies in the mines, Serpent hunter seems to be used in PVP at times due to it's poke length and quick animation, but yes, it's primarily for the boss.
The Thorn staff is for the blood/thorn magic that exists in the game, it's VERY useful for those two spells that does crazy damage. There's a few builds that use the thorn staff in the offhand and a glintstone staff in the main hand and you use the two for pretty substantial blood damage. It's niche, but definitely not useless.

Pole Torch is perfect to use in the mines! You can blow up the miners from far enough away that you don t take damage! And so far my favourite weapon has been the Halberd I started with as a Vagabond! The thing has been ripping through enemies and bosses alike! With the Longbow, dual wielding the Claws and a few Fire Incantations as back-up has proved more than enough the first time through!

surprised crystal knife (poor scaling, is a dagger with no crit amp) or glitstone kris (is a dagger with a bad weapon art that takes a while to get and has terrible crit) arent on here. they are by default worse than a regular knife with magic applied to them due to having no crit amps and dont offer anything good for using them

Surprised the cestus isn t on the list. Don t get me wrong I love the cestus and always do a run with it, but the problem is that there s a spiked version of it that does the exact same damage and has bleed build up. The only downside? It s. 5 more weight it really does make the base cestus absolutely useless.

For a starter - I advise to give the Staff of the Guilty a chance especially if you want to take advantage of Arcane Bleeding Build if you have both Briar of Sin as well as Briar of Punishment. You can later replace the Staff of the Guilty with something like the Albinauric Staff for better scaling with Arcane.

The torch is seriously underrated here. It's not a main hand weapon, but in your off hand, it's a useful way of applying fire damage to enemies weak to it (slimes, for example, and honestly sometimes it's even preferable to the lantern, since unlike the worn lantern you can raise it to get more light.

Bruh. Powerstancing two flails is godlike. The base flail has 50 bleed and the ash of war is meant to be used with an R1 or R2 to finish the attack. If you're aggressive enough you can get the bleed off with a few heavy or jump attacks if you can land em. Hope this helps. Don't sleep on this weapon bruh.

Torch is great, especially the Beast Repellent torch. If you make it to the merchant asap after starting the game, you'll have a torch that keeps all dogs & wolves away from you. You don't even have to have it in your hand, it still works just sitting on your back when you 2Hand a main weapon.

i know this are bad weapons. but i actually agree with this list except for the serpent spear cause without that, pretty sure we will be a permanent resident at volcano manor XD. also the flail is good so i suggest you guys to try it. and torch can be use for fight especially steel torch.
