I love this game and that's the reason i bought it but as for its first day the optimized ain't that good its an ok ok work for the first day release, i found some glitches like faces turning green, black or distortions on faces, and the main thing is i got an error after 67 minutes about display drivers. I know the minimum and recommended requirements met for me but i was shocked to see the error, this is the first time i ever pre-ordered any game. So, i had high expectation from the game i hope they optimize it soon enough. I'll wait for that and i have high hopes and expectations even now So lets see what they will do. I'll update the review later if i found the game optimized.
If any other of you have glitches and optimization issues comment below so that i can know its with all the people out there

I just played this on PS5 last month, I had no idea it was coming to PC or I would have waited. It was a really fun game but I had a few issues with it. I found most of the side activities very repetitive after the first act. The actual side missions were mostly fine, but the fox dens and stuff got old quick. I ended up skipping half of them in act 2 and I skipped all of them in act 3. The story was great though and the combat was fun! I enjoyed going around just clearing the huge camps!

I have been waiting for this game since it was announced as an exclusive PS, as for flickering i thought i am the only one experience that but the thing that once i have downloaded GPU driver 552. 44 if i am not mistaken so far for 30 minutes i have no problem for flickering, i have not try cutscene since i am still in workplace now, i also surprise that not so powerful PC can enjoy this game too. I cannot wait to go back from work and go to japan virtually and play as Jin Sakai

this is where gamers and gamers colide ppl who are over critical. and ppl who are under. aka nitneod for the last 10 years lets look at 2: 10 the gorgouse game has super super low textues on the toad and spefit trees with super low poly tres with just abase and almost no branhing. well branches trees elsware theymore actual trees but still very low poly. yet go watch in 4k the last 3 pokemon games on a billiondolalr comapanys most powerful system in 2024

I played this with my cousin on his PS5 one time, didn't really care too much about how it played but fell in love with how it looked. I've been wanting to run this on my PC ever since. But being a PC Gamer is tough. Treated as a second class citizen we get late and buggy ports if we ever get one. That being said every time I think of getting a console I end up upgrading my PC. I think I have a problem.

I got it on the PS4 PRO when it released. I remember little glitches like that too, specifically the standoff one. Super frustrating because when I respawned the enemies didn't generate, so I couldn't even get my revenge. These were all patched out, tho.
I upgraded to the PS5 version for $10, and then still bought a physical PS5 disc, just to be a nerd, because this game deserves all the props.

Since the time it released on ps4 i told myself that i would definitely buy it when it releases on pc and after almost 4 years i finally played it day one. The game ran flawlessly. Definitely the best looking game at par with rdr2 in my opinion. Gameplay is solid, story is quite interesting. Definitely a buy for someone looking for a samurai game.

This game was THE open world game that kind of completed open world games, for me. It's so incredible. I think it achieved something incredible with its atmosphere. The story also has some god tier moments.
I'll definitely pick up the PC version at some point down the line.

Only problem I had was with the ps5 controller. All of the audio would come through the controller. Even with the speaker turn off within the game. Other than that. The game looks great in 1440p with maxed settings. I got the platinum on ps4 and ps5.

Several hours in as well. This is the first game in my memory that hasn't launched broken. I have ZERO complaints. It also looks like they listened to Digital Foundy and put all the bells and whistles in. Worth a buy for anyone curious.

I love how whenever Jin is speaking to a downed or seated NPC he always get on his knees to level himself with the person he's talking to. A way to show humility and respect i take

The fact that we haven't heard a word about Ghost of Tsushima 2 either means something good or something bad. This was on of the best PS4 games I played. I played it like, no joke, 5 times to completion. Incredible for a new IP.

Well, Samurai game with a Japanesse samurai protagonist, thats promissing. The PSN stuff, I dont like it, I think they might start to requiere PSN subscription for MP at some time, maybe not this game, but its a beginning.

I stopped with Sony at the PS3. I have been interested in this, but I just couldn't commit to a full console purchase for what few games were available. I figured if they were good enough, they would eventually be ported.

Pls remember they would be playing this in a 4090 with top spec and got some minimal glitches. When you play in a mid spec device you will face more issues. So don't believe any reviews unless they say I ran it in a 3060 or 4060

gameranx Hey Jake, that flickering is specific to your monitor or any other OLED monitor. It's referred to VRR (variable refresh rate) flicker and you can get rid of it by turning adaptive sync OFF in your monitor settings

i have come to a realization that FSR3 and maybe DLSS ans XeSS its causing the shimmering thing in the video
and at most severe case it will keep the game from launching. i spent more than 2 hours to figure it out

that dueling glitch has been there for well over a year and its its sad to hear it made it into the pc port. i feel like it may be there forever, breaking an importing mechanic at the beginning of many fights

I played the crap out of this on ps4pro then again on ps5 with the Iki Island DLC. Was really debating buying this on PC then you said the magic words. WORKS ON STEAM DECK. You sold me on it Jake
