I go to bed around 8: 00 and tbh I fall asleep very quick! I absolutely love this podcast tbh I don’t find the other voices the most calming mostly yours I like Simon to I don’t find myself still awake after the story. But it might be cause I follow ur directions at the beginning. #getsleepy is the dream team

I enjoy your podcast very much. I have the Premium membership which means no commercials. But I admit your commercials are so laid back they aren't that annoying. There are a few readers whose voices I don't find pleasing so I stop and move on. An example would be A sleepy Roman adventure.
