I usually like your meditations but I don't like the ones like this one where you're not fully relaxed you're actually listening and learning. That's no way to meditate. Having to concentrate on what you're saying it's not peaceful. So like I said I have liked your meditations in the past but lately they're more of a learning or history or thinking type of meditation and I'm just not here for that kind of a meditation.

I'm not into the lack of SPIRIT when I am going to sleep. That is ACTUALLY QUITE DANGEROUS! AND YOU DIVIDING A SECOND LIKE THAT NAW. AIN'T BUYING THAT. ANYTHING THAT LACKS ANY LOVE OR THE LACK OF COMPASSION IS NOT GOOD. IM BLOCKING THIS CRAP. THIS IS AN ATTEMPT AT BRAINWASHING!

I listen to all of your videos every night and this one, for me, has been the best one yet. I love educational, yet sleepy videos.
Also, saying that it’s okay to fall asleep at any time, took away my anxiety about trying to fall asleep asap. Thank you for your videos!

Yeees! SPACE! Space meditations, like journey's trough space, planets and such, space facts, just love it! They are the only thing that works for me, but sadly its kinda hard to find new ones, so im always sooo happy when i do! thank you super mega much! Please do more

I know u made a big disclaimer, but if you follow astrophysics this is hard to relax to. I have to go to sleepy cabin or something. I'd stay away from physics.
