This was great. I didn't worry about my sleeping position as I'd already been asleep about an hour but had then woken up. (I normally follow instructions faithfully. It worked anyway. I used to sleep 9 hrs straight when I was a kid & whenever I wasn't too busy at work, but now I'm retired, I'm just so worried by both personal fears and the world’s pain - about which I can do next to nothing! - I, too, deeply, deeply appreciate what you are doing.

Totally agree with other fans of Get Sleepy. You are fantastic. Where others try and many often come close to the blissful balance that brings sleep, you succeed each time and have changed my life for the better. Like a good nights sleep. I've given up. After listening to and falling asleep to this within a couple minutes, many nights in a row, I've finally given up and am listening to the last ten minutes while drinking my morning coffee. Tonight I'll fall asleep to a couple minutes of part 2 of Evie's story
