Shimura is getting on my freakin nerves. Again? Questioning Jin battle tactics! He needs to be glad that his tactics is what led to his final day. Also? The similarities between Shimura and Ishikawa? Those 2 belong too each other. They believe in sacrificing others too get the job done. Jin already understands that honor code of the samurai is tainted & flawed. If Jin taught the -Yarikawa Outcast- his tactics and everything he learned? The battle would have been won before it even started. Jin was straight on, -Honor died on the beach, - only thing that matters is victory by all means.

I wish they were less cliche on the whole -samurai honor- stuff. This mythos of the warrior-philosopher started during peace periods (way after 1200's. There were samurai who also acted as shinobi and as any warrior, they were trained for war. And war is brutal, so if they could have any advantage to end a combat as soon as possible, they would.

Anyone else realize the music during Kage's death The Ghost of Tsushima music but less dramatic more depressing and slower. Also Ghosts of Tsushima saw RD2 and said lets do that but instead lets make the horse suffer, and make it travel dozens of miles with arrows all over it instead of dying within minutes upon injuries.

So if John Wick can kill thousands people for death of his dog, Jin Sakai must be Japanese version of John Wick and he will kill even more Mongols(and some shogun, samurai, o-sans) for the death of mighty Kage! Rest in piece Kage, along with Taka!

My God. the feels, the God Damn FEELS and for a horse you don't even pay attention to all that much for most of the game. Ghost of Tsushima isn't a game, it's a Samurai Cinematic experience disguised as a game.
