But i realised that, it totally makes sense. He used to be a taxi driver right? Became footsoilder at day 1 and got promoted to enforcer within that day so he could't just throw all of his dough he made to make himself looks better, there were much problems that he had to solve first ( His personal life was'nt mentioned so that's all we can guess. Until the day he won the race, got a big sweetie stack of cash, he showed up with a well gentle suit the next day, that's clever.
Combat mechanic is great but some melee actions, stealth takeouts seem like a little bit awkward and driving mechanic is too grip, that makes feel like unnatural.

I like that Sarah seems more like a real person. Its something small I appreciate. In the first game, he beats some guys up for her and then they sleep together, then you literally never see her again. I like how the remake shows how much he cares for her, even if its just little snippets. Their relationship feels more practical and realistic than the original game.

I remember not going home right after this mission. Instead, I went to the mechanic, did a job for him, got the address to a rare new car, went there, stole it, brought it back to the Salieri Hotel's garage and THEN ended the night. :D Adding Sarah as the end point in this remake is a nice story touch, though.

I love the gameplay and no doubt about the story too, but just the chopping sound of that Black Cat (BMW R32) motorcycle ripping across the rain-swept roads of Lost Heaven with an at first confident Tommy transition to a shocked and tired Tommy racing in the need for comfort. I only have one word: WOW

I am so disapointed. I was hopping that this game will like the old Mafia but instead of that it became an arcade shooter with to many unnecesary action and shooting. Peopele who loved the original will probably agree with me.
