I always found it weird that it seems in this ending he leaves a lot of his people in the dark on what he-s gonna do. As in hes gonnna leave night city. He could tell Judy he-s left night city like her. Mama Welles, his best friends son instead of her learning through other people he could have dropped by for food. And especially Misty. His best friends gf and someone who looked after him since Johnny got stuck in his head and cared for him. Why does she have to learn what happens through her tarot-s. I know that-s cool and all to see her tarot-s actually potray what happens in the ending but they could have done taht another way without making v seem like an arsehole for leaving and not telling the people who cared for him. I think this is just me but I think it-s cool either way that we get to see people-s reactions. Personally I think the endings for if you choose Johnny to survive over v is better. It-s a much sadder ending as v-s friends don-t know he-s dead and Panam wants to kill Johnny but that ending makes more sense with how people send their vids if you get me.

You call it a best ending! I wonder what others are! Panam is basically a copy of young Silverhand. V had to be on the verge of death for Panam to forget about herself for a moment. And even then she made him part of her own little world, part of a -family-, so she could manage to make the whole Arosaka gig about herself. Even told him that's it's not about him in the tunnel halfway through the mission! And in the credits she was. surprise surprise all about herself. At least Johnny admitted that he was egotistical, narcissistic asshole. So your best ending is being like that stripper with whom Johnny got into the car accident but for Panam. Being a brick on someone else's road, a helper, a tool. Yikes. I guess V always has a chance to leave as long as he is alive, so at least it's better than dying, but it's still a pretty shitty ending.

I like Saul and I see he's doing what he's doing for the good of the Clan. Panam's too wild, too impulsive. She doesnt think things through. It got Scorpion killed. She knew what the Clan would do if a transport went down in their territory, but she didnt warn them ahead of time. 1000 eddies says that is what happened with her last relationship, too. For her, -not wanting power- is just -not wanting responsibility-. She'll still convince the whole clan to defy Saul and attack some military transport, but she wont step up. Just -it's our way, and anything less is cowardice. - She's the kind of leader that keeps the cannibal cult eating people, when they could stop and have access to running water and antibiotics.

the Rogue ending this one make sense because V gave Johnny a chance to get revenge on Smasher, gave johnny a chance to have one last ride with rogue, and let johnny go behind the black wall with Alt and V would NOT want panam's help because he wouldn't want any of the nomads to die for him and specially panam and V finally became Night City's legend like him and Jackie always wanted to me the rogue ending is Gold. the panam ending is nice but thats too sweet good ending for a cyberpunk era.

Kinda lame. Wish the endings let you at least survive so you could just continue from there instead of being put back before the final decision. Especially with the romance ending with Panam, you get what you worked for all game, beat the game, then right back to being separated on only being able to say -how've you been? -

So far the game has great writing and voice acting. Looking forward to CDPR having it finished in 2022. Technically, right now it feels so 2010.

yea but the rogue ending totally complete johnny's story buy killing Adam having a last ride with rogue destroy the arasaka like he always wanted, and V finally became the Legend of night city like him and Jackie always wanted to be. THAT is the ending that sound more canon to me

Really everyone kind of got what they wanted in some way.
Johnny got to see Smasher die, and you didn-t make a deal with the corpos
V got his body and a happily ever after with Panam (which is also what she wanted)
I think it-s sort of the most well rounded conclusion

i dont understand, i did this ending, and when smasher come out and kill the idiot, i kill him with 4 shotgun shots, i never had to fight another NPC. but when i did the Jonny/Rouge Ending i got this fight complete.

This is the ending I chose. Besides Saul getting curve stomped, I'm glad I did. Beautiful ending otherwise.
Also, I kept standing in front of Panam like, don't you dare hurt her!
