Watching these cutscenes made me realize Cesar's way more of a brother to CJ then Sweet. When Cesar meets CJ he's understanding and doesn't snap at him despite being threaten, he's willing to move to SF with him and his sister, he goes above and beyond and offers help on CJ's life threatening missions and he's always down, he also treats CJ's sister good. Big love and respect to Cesar.

Can u imagine if they made a movie outta this keep some of the scenes and alter it into a live action version like the opening where cj mom got shot in a drive by in a green sabre with the ballas inside and when CJ finds out Ryder and Big Smokes betrayed him when they pull out the SAME green sabre out the storage
