I like that we get to see how Citra treated Vaas in the past. With Jason, she was all the more persuasive and inviting. But with Vaas, we see how much she messed him up in the head. The incest, the constant badgering and continuous mocking of him. it all made him into someone he didn't want to be.

it really made cheaply look like hitman graphic engine use old school

I'll imagine that this DLC doesn't exist. I prefer the mysterious psychopath Vaas from part three.
They just messed up a good character for a quick cash grab.

I have theory that if ubisoft would like to make some money, they will go for far cry 3 prequel that would contain Jason, cuz Citra missed heart xD

Didnt like this DLC in terms of gameplay elements very much. But hell Yeah Vaas' Voice and the original Far Cry 3 music gave me chills!
